Explore Science Fest 2017 on 28^th January 2017

Instructions to participating Teams :

1. What to do?

Make an attractive Power Point presentation of 8 minutes duration. Explanation can be made by one or two members of the team.

2. Who are the audience ?

9^th and 10^th Students (~100) from Kannada medium Government Schools in the surrounding villages of Yelwal.

3. How my ppt will be judged?

Clarity of presentation, ease of understanding, connecting it to daily life, answering the quarries by judges/audience, overall impact on the audience will be the criterion to decide the winners by a panel of judges from BARC, Mysore.

4. Delivery in which Language?

Objective of the event is effective transfer of knowledge to the students. Hence, usage of Kannada along with English will be more fruitful.

You are free to bring static/live models to enhance your presentation.

5. How to reach the Venue?

Multipurpose Hall, RMP/BARC Colony, Yelwal.

Plenty of buses (266) and Tempos run from BM Hospital to Yelwala Bus Stop. (~ 10 km from BMH on Hunsur road). BARC provides vehicle from Yelwala Bus Stop to reach the Venue, which is 2.5 Kms from Bus Stop. Our Vehicles will be available at Yelwal Bus Stop from 08.30 a.m. For any clarificationon how to reach the venue, you may please contact Mr. Sanjiv 9741723124 or Mr. Tejaswi 9686071611 for assistance, or else you are free to come on your own vehicle.

6. Lunch : Breakfast and Lunch are arranged. Please plan to reach the venue latest by 9 a.m.
