Instructions to the Participants

1. Please plan to complete your presentation 
   within 8 minutes. After 7 minutes, a buzzer 
   will be blown.
2. Dark background theme is preferred for 
   better visibility of the presentation.
3. Minimum 2 people of the Team should be 
   present for presentation; changing of slides 
   by the team members only.
4. The presentation should be in Microsoft 
   PowerPoint format with extension .ppt or 
   .pptx.
5. If any additional software is required, you 
   are advised to bring your laptop.
6. The completed Presentation shall be mailed
    to adbarcm@gmail.com latest by 27/1/17, 
   21:00 Hrs. kindly avoid last minute updates.
7. For safer side please bring your ppt in a pen
    drive.
8. Kindly check Annexure – I for your 
   presentation ID
9. Please mention your presentation ID at registration desk latest by 9 a.m. on 28^th  Jan.
